Simple, the prosecutors of the world tour, as if they are already paid a lot safer. Poorest will be worse (and not CIGS) is better cos they are rich as greedy at the expense of the humble work. xx
It is not necessary. The money I would save on the treatment of diseases attributed to smoking in the NHS, more than the loss of income.
Do not stop smoking, which is banned in some public places. I am sure that the prosecutors have been studies showing that a ban will have no material impact on the sale of cigarettes, banned or not. Tax revenues are simply too high!
