Luckily, Melbourne is a beautiful and very open:) There's no real technique Clothesline "spread. Usually it's more common to hang in the summer, indoors in winter because of winter rains. But I live near the city, and not a line of clothes, and my dry on the radiators in the interior, where, as my neighbor, she hangs on a clothesline on the outside.
