Here is the problem that you encounter. At your age, your body is changing (puberty) If you stop eating and live in water is not surprising to lose weight. Why? Because if you eat less food your metabolism slows down. So do not lose weight and hunger, and feels increasingly tired. You can specify a start and headaches, might feel weak. Instead, you should fill your plate with lots of vegetables. Try to avoid the corn is high in calories. 1 / 2 of your plate should be full of vegetables every night for dinner and 1 / 4 starch 1 / 4 of meat or protein. It can also increase your fiber intake. We can not digest properly, the fiber, but still fills us and helps digestion. Check out Weight Watchers. You can make a point to work for you. As a rule, no more than 4 pounds per month is not safe. Then you must change your lifestyle not just "diet"

Honey, you have to do more than their dog for a walk ... you really have to challenge myself (running, swimming, jumping rope) a little more intense 3x per week, cut 300 calories from your diet, drink water and see the results. Losing 40 pounds would be so good ... 5 months (if u lose 2 pounds per week)

GOOD LUCK!

This is an old tradition to make resolutions on this time of year. If your resolution to lose weight - and keep it off, then read on! Here are six simple tips that will make you lose weight in a balanced and healthy.

1. Thinning with water.
Water is important for all - is the key to losing weight. If you do not drink enough water, the body has developed a model of water storage. This accumulation of water equal to unwanted weight booster.

By drinking more water, rinsing is not only the toxins, including educational bodies, need no longer store water. Drink at least 60 water (about 8 glasses) per day. Boil water and sliced lemon, and drink it throughout the day to provide for storage of liquids. If not sold on the benefits of water, try this in the Product: Water is a natural appetite suppressant.

2. In the soup of the weight loss program.
A simple change in diet will lose a few pounds: eat a bowl of hisp less than once per day. Nourishing soups are low in salt feed and remove waste from your body. People who lose a portion of soup of the day, more weight than those who eat do not eat the same amount of calories, but the soup. Go for homemade soup whenever possible, as canned soups are loaded with salt and chemicals.

3. Eat early to lose weight.
The human body as a circadian rhythm, which means that the same foods are eaten for breakfast and lunch differently than when eaten at dinner processed. Studies show that, if you tilt your daily protein and fat you eat for breakfast to lose weight and have more energy, but they tend to eat the same things to eat to increase the tendency to gain weight. I suggest you eat your last meal of the day to 7 hours

4. Eat smaller meals more often.
Follow a timetable for his meals with five small meals a day. Eat consistently throughout the day keeps you always famished and overeating at the next meal. Do a little fat trail mix from raw almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried plums and apples, and INot available at all times the temptation to avoid high-calorie snacks.

5. Adopt a balanced approach to your diet.
Most programs today are recommended diet fashion in some foods extreme, the body or the loss of food in general. This works in opposition to our metabolism and the results are not modified, creating a yo-yo effect that pushes your metabolic function - not to mention self-esteem. We are natural beings that need a balance of nutrition from all sources.

Your diet should include a balanced distribution of the thin organic sources of protein, complex carbohydrates, whole grains, legumes, nuts, fruits and vegetables. Instead of white rice and pasta, opt for brown rice, bulgur, millet or buckwheat.

Eat more green, chlorophyll-rich foods such as broccoli, kale, spinach and asparagus. Eliminate candy, sugar, soda, and all simple sugars from your diet. Excess sugar ends up as fat stored in the body, what weight gain. Also keep dairy to a minimum because most dairy products are rich in saturated fat. Avoid fatty foods, processed foods or fried.

6. Walk Off Weight.
The No. 1 cause of weight gain to inactivity. Physical activity is the key to speeding up the metabolism and burn excess calories. The best way to be physically active is to be able to use your legs! So go often and whenever you can. Take the stairs instead of elevators.

Going into the break at work and take a walk around your building. Consider joining a local hiking club. Try 30 minutes to 30 minutes in the morning or afternoon walk.
