I went to the doctor diagnosed a viral infection. My sore throat with red bumps on the tonsils. It hurts my tongue, throat up to the neck, where my bones are. The neck is inflamed and swollen lymph glands. I tried to drink tea with honey, gargling with salt water, spray anesthesia, the limitation was hawking for 3 consecutive days of constant pain. Please help
