My wife in the Philippines has signed an ATM account at a bank called Union Bank. At first I wanted to send the money via bank transfer, so he asked his route and account numbers, but said he was not given. It does not have a checkbook, ATM card only. I have an account here in the U.S. with the Chase Bank. Can my bank account and a deposit into your ATM (Philippines) with your account number and ATM card only?
